Eurostep announces ShareAspace Nova and InReach for rapid deployment of modern and scalable collaboration solutions
A new approach for Secure PLM Collaboration with industry best practices out-of-the-box
Stockholm, Sweden March 24, 2016
Eurostep, the leader in Secure PLM Collaboration, today announced the release of ShareAspace Nova and ShareAspace InReach taking PLM Collaboration to the next level. By using ShareAspace InReach, the effort to implement a collaboration solution is significantly reduced. InReach incorporates collaboration scenarios that are the result of over 15 years of experience in delivering leading edge collaboration solutions. Over the last year Eurostep has engaged an industry reference group to verify and validate InReach.
InReach is based on the new ShareAspace Nova platform. It’s a standards based hub that extends rather than replaces systems like PDM, PLM, and ERP. Organizations continue to use what is already working and benefit from previous investments.
InReach is used to collaborate on engineering information with partners, suppliers and customers. InReach is used to collect information internally, refining or editing it and sharing the data with collaboration partners whilst maintaining an audit trail of data and changes. It is built on leading Microsoft technology and REST making it state of the art PLM software.
InReach based on the ShareAspace Nova platform delivers PLM collaboration excellence:
- Start small and grow
- Easy to use
- Low entry barrier with out-of-the-box scenarios
- Configuration instead of customization
- Managing documents, parts and more
- Managing collaboration master data and project progress
- High performance and scaling with large data volumes
- Based on standards ISO STEP and PLCS
- Easy to extend using REST services
- Security in the core
- Based on and integrated with Microsoft technology
- On premise or cloud based
Eurostep announces plan to launch two additional products based on ShareAspace Nova in Q3/Q4
- InControl for Master Data Management of PLM data managed by different systems both within an organization and across an extended enterprise.
- InLife to support collaboration on data for deployed products including feedback into in-house systems.
