BIM level 3 has been described by some as the construction industry’s ultimate goal. With BIM level 3, there is complete and total collaboration in the planning, construction and operational life cycle of any built asset. The data is shared, collected and stored using a single source of data. Sounds like a dream? It is a lot better than a dream, Open and Integrated BIM is well underway.
