You are invited to a half-day workshop at IT Innovation on the afternoon of the 4th September to discuss the results of the RASSC project. The project has been a collective endeavour sponsored by Eurostep, BAE Systems, Ovation Data, IT Innovation and the Technology Strategy Board. RASSC has been investigating Long Term Data Retention and how it:
- provides a route for companies to cut costs on the use of IT infrastructure
- assists risk reduction on product retirement, compliance and litigation
- offers opportunities to sell new services based on mining and re-using data already collected
