Acando (www.acandogroup.com) has been awarded a contract with Trafikverket (Swedish Transport Administration) regarding the implementation of a new IT solution for managing asset data for road and rail networks in Sweden. Within the framework of this agreement, Eurostep is responsible for the delivery of the solution that handles the fixed assets register. Eurostep is also responsible for supplying the information hub integrating the fixed asset register with the transport network system. The solution is realized by Eurostep’s product Share-A-space.
The solution is implemented within the framework of Trafikverket´s ANDA project and will partly replace existing systems in addition to providing new functionality. As an option, there is also an opportunity for Trafikverket to order the implementation of a maintenance system.
