As we are well underway in the second half of 2021, we can already appreciate some highlights. With hopefully the worst of the pandemic behind us and most people getting vaccinated, we look forward to seeing our customers and partners face to face soon! A few things have happened since ShareAspace Forum 2021 back in June and we would like to share them. By the way, if you missed the ShareAspace Forum we recommend anyone interested in knowing the latest and greatest from Eurostep to watch the replay here. Make sure to use this great opportunity.
Within the defence industry, we are seeing continuous interest from primes as well as MODs to manage ITAR regulated data with ShareAspace Export Control.
Of course, the main highlight is Eurostep’s collaboration with BAE Systems Maritime on the S-IKM system based on ShareAspace has resulted in a 5-year contract awarded by the UK MoD to support not only the Queen Elisabeth Aircraft carriers but other classes of ships in the fleet too. We are also working with BAE Systems Maritime on supporting the Canadian Navy with their Halifax Class of frigates.
Regarding the AEC & Plant industry, Eurostep is receiving increased interest for our upcoming ShareAspace based solution to manage their data during the design, construction and operations/maintenance of infrastructure assets. A great overall sign that companies are finally moving towards a BIM level 3 paradigm. ShareAspace is well-positioned to disrupt and add value to the AEC and Plant market.
With business globally picking up Eurostep needs more people. Eurostep is currently looking to hire business consultants and project managers for its manufacturing and defence industry vertical, respectively. More open positions will be announced soon. We are looking for result-driven individuals based in Sweden, France and the UK. To apply please contact us by email with your CV and a cover letter.
